
Gordon Brown has insisted Labour is "not done yet" and would "change the world again", in his crucial speech to the party's annual conference.
He said voters at the election, due to be held by next June, would have the "biggest choice for a generation".
He said Labour would call a referendum on electoral reform and offer more free childcare for poorer families.
Opposition parties said the speech was "tired" and "lacked vision". The Sun on Wednesday backs a Tory election win.
