Steve Phillips was recently fired from ESPN. Then late last night, Mike Soltys from ESPN sent out a tweet on Twitter that said:“Steve Phillips is no longer working for ESPN. His ability to be an effective rep of ESPN has been significantly & irreparably damaged,” said Mike Soltys from ESPN.
There is also a statement from Maury Brown that states: “The Biz of Baseball indicate that Phillip’s agent Steve Lefkowitz has said that Phillips is voluntarily admitting himself to an inpatient treatment facility to address his personal issues.”
Good Morning America announced this morning that Brooke Hundley still works at ESPN. Brooke’s myspace page this morning said that she was “hopeful”.
