California tailback Jahvid Best was rushed to the emergency room Saturday night after landing on the back of his head after scoring a touchdown.Jahvid Best flew into the air over Oregon’s Cameron Collins 6:07 before half time before smashing into the ground. The impact was so strong it ripped his helmet off.
A team spokesman said that Best sustained a concussion, although more tests were being undertaken. Fortunately there was no sign of spinal damage.
