2010 Pro Bowl Roster

New Jersey made a big splash in the NFL in April, when seven players from the state were taken in the first round of the NFL draft. Eight months later, four players with ties to New Jersey were named to the 2010 Pro Bowl Roster:

Two Rutgers products, Giants center Shaun O'Hara and Ravens running back Ray Rice, made the list. So did Cowboys receiver Miles Austin, a Garfield native and Monmouth graduate, and Bergen Catholic's Brian Cushing, now a rookie linebacker for Houston.

All four players are reserves. This is O'Hara's second straight Pro Bowl selection, and the first time Austin, Cushing and Rice have been named to their conference's All-Star team. Cushing, who has 82 tackles and four interceptions in 15 starts for the Texans, is the first rookie linebacker to be named to the Pro Bowl since San Diego's Shawne Merriman in 2005.
