Woman accused of child sex abuse

Woman accused of child sex abuse:A woman has been charged with sexually abusing a child and taking and distributing an indecent image, after inquiries linked to a Plymouth nursery.
The charges follow information from police investigating Colin Blanchard, a man linked to offences at the nursery.
Tracy Lyons, 39, from Portsmouth, was remanded in custody until January after appearing before magistrates.
Blanchard, Vanessa George and Angela Allen all admitted child sex charges on 1 October.
Abuse in that case was recorded on mobile telephones and images were exchanged via e-mail and text.
Blanchard, 39, from Rochdale, Greater Manchester, Allen, 39, from Nottingham, and George, 39, from Plymouth, are to be sentenced in November.
A spokesman for Hampshire Constabulary said the investigation in Portsmouth was started after information was received from Greater Manchester Police.
"We continue to work with Greater Manchester Police on this matter," he said.
Ms Lyons was charged with three offences when she appeared before South East Hampshire Magistrates' Court on Saturday.
She is accused of the sexual abuse of a child, taking an indecent image of a child, and distributing an indecent image of a child.
