Binx is the main character of the 1993 Disney movie Hocus Pocus. The movie’s main characters are three witches named Winifred, Sarah, and Mary. The witches are on their mission to suck life force out of the children. They abduct Emily Binx and suck the life force out of her rendering her dead, her brother Thackery Binx chases witches to their Salem home, only to be caught by them in the process. The witches want to suck life force out of Thackery also but he annoys them by calling Winifred a “hag”. The result is that the witches condemn him to live as a black cat till eternity.As the community gets the smell of their action, they are hanged and executed but a powerful spell is cast that would enable witches to get their life back if someone would burn the candle of black flame in their Salem home.
Three hundred years pass and Max a young lad along with his sister Dani and other family member shifts to Salem. His girl friend Allison knows all about three witches and the spell. Max burns the candle of black flame and witches come to life again. As soon as they materialize they try to get hold of Max to suck life force out of him. Max turns the sprinklers on and is saved. But they are very much alive and after the children of the Salem. At one point in movie school children confine the witches to a kiln but they escape.
In the end Winifred tries to suck the life force out of Max while she is standing in a graveyard. The magic spell goes wrong and she is turned into stone. Meanwhile the sun rises and turns all the three witches into dust.
