Phillips affair story has baseball world buzzing
A report in Wednesday's New York Post details the messy end of an affair between ESPN analyst and former Mets general manager Steve Phillips and a 22-year-old production assistant and has quickly become the hot topic of the day.
According to the report, Brooke Hundley sent a letter and called Phillips' wife after Phillips ended the relationship, and had a series of "Fatal Attraction" type moments that may have included contacting Phillips' sons via Facebook and the Internet.
Phillips has been suspended by ESPN for a week, the report says, and Phillips' wife, Marni, has filed for divorce.
